1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and m2cuci ("Platform" or "We") in relation to the use of the website and all services provided by m2cuci. By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the m2cuci platform immediately. Your continued use of our services after any amendments to the terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the m2cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a citizen or lawful resident within a jurisdiction that permits online gambling activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not have been previously banned from using m2cuci or any related gambling platform.
• Register voluntarily in your own name only, and not at the direction of another party.

m2cuci reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Acceptable documents include a copy of MyKad, passport, or any officially recognised identification document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

3 Account Usage

Each user is permitted to open and maintain one account only. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts as well as forfeiture of account balances and bonuses.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login information secure, including your username and password. Do not share this information with anyone. m2cuci will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party.

• Passwords must be changed regularly and must not be shared.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Personal information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Account information changes can be made through the account settings section or by contacting customer support.

m2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates these terms, without prior notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

m2cuci supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the applicable review policy.

Withdrawals can only be processed once all wagering requirements associated with any active bonus have been fully met. m2cuci reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal request to ensure transaction security.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

m2cuci offers a range of bonus offers to registered users. All offers are subject to specific terms set for each promotion.

Our Welcome Bonus offers 120% on the first deposit up to RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

As a calculation example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, making a balance of RM220 — the wagering requirement is RM120 × 20 = RM2,400. For a deposit of RM1,600, the bonus is RM888, balance RM2,488 — wagering requirement RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Bonus offers can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Players found to be abusing promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings.
• m2cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Responsible Gambling

8 Account Closure and Suspension

• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or jurisdiction eligibility criteria.
• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or reasonably suspected fraud, money laundering, or promotion abuse.

• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. For accounts closed at the user's own request, any valid balance will be returned once all applicable wagering requirements have been met and the necessary checks have been completed.
